In shaping tomorrow’s financial leaders, the program offers graduates knowledge and skills in learning environment thus enabling them to make a positive contribution to their sponsoring bank.

The selected talented graduates undergo a rigorous screening and testing selection procedure followed by comprehensive career development spanning several years. This combines structured 62 days of intensive classroom training with challenging on-the-job assignments supported by a mentoring scheme within the participating banks.

The graduates immerse in accounting, financial statement analysis, anti-money laundering, corporate finance, capital markets, Islamic banking, risk management, foreign exchange and money markets, ethics in addition to leadership and management courses. After completing the Induction Program the graduates then undergo on the job training for 9 months to determine their career path. This is followed with their pursuit of professional certification & further studies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bahraini Nationality Only
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Academic discipline (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communication, IT, Engineering etc…)
• Outstanding Academic Achievement (minimum GPA 2.4 or above or equivalent)
• Maximum 3 years since graduation
• Proficiency in English Language – Level 3 or above in English Language Quick Placement test at BIBF
