Application Criteria:
- Bahraini national.
- Business owner of manager. And
- Have three years of management experience or an undergraduate degree or above.
Each Candidate will need to complete the three assessment tests, as agreed with Tamkeen, which can be described as follows:
Ability Test: Numerical Test (counts for 20% of the final mark)
In this test you will be asked to make some calculations using graphs and tables under a strict time limit in order to measure your ability to make judgments based on statistical data. The test will take 20 minutes exactly and will be in the form of multiple choice questions.
English Placement Test (counts for 30% of the final mark):
This is an adaptive computer-based test of English language proficiency. The test is untimed, but takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the applicant answers 20-25 multiple-choice questions, related to grammar, vocabulary, listening and reading. Depending on the answers the applicant gives, the level of the test adapts to the ability of the student.
Writing assignment (counts for 50% of the final mark):
In this test you will be asked to write an essay explaining about a topic related to the subjects of the programme. This part of the assessment is very crucial, as it enables us to measure your ability to cope with the written assignments involved in the programme.
After completing the three tests, those who score 50% and above will be invited to a competency based interview. The purpose of the interview is to verify some of the information contained in the application form and to rate the candidate competence in areas that we think are relevant to the programme.
