In Line with the National Employment Project BIBF Trains Local Job Seekers to Attain Secretarial Professions

Manama- Bahrain, The latest batch of Bahrainis ready to take their position as Executive Secretaries in the Kingdom's various business sectors were recently honored at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) headquarters in Juffair for their successful completion of an Executive Secretary Diploma Program. The program was run by BIBF in line with the Ministry of labor national employment initiative. Twenty job seekers nominated by the Ministry of Labor received their certificates for successfully meeting all the requirements of an Executive Secretaries Diploma Program. The Program which spanned over a period of 75 days at the BIBF started in Dec 2009 and was completed at the end of March 2010.

Following the training sessions at BIBF, the trainees went through a two months (On-the-job Training) at various organizations in the Kingdom. Some have already secured jobs at their respective organizations.

Present at the graduation ceremony were the BIBF Director, Mr. Garry Muriwai , BIBF Deputy Director MR. Hussain Ismail and Head of the Leadership and Management Center at BIBF, Mr. Kadri Rizk. Head of Job seekers Section at the Ministry of Labor, Ms. Amaal AL Moulani, presented the certificates to graduates in the presence of HR managers of participating organizations.
