BIBF launches the latest Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) qualifications in Human Resources (HR) and Learning and Development (L&D).

Keeping in view the ever-changing market needs, BIBF, an accredited centre of CIPD, is launching the new Foundation Level (Level 3) programmes in Human Resources [HR], and Learning & Development (L&D) pathways, from May 2010.

Participants have options to qualify for an award, a certificate or a diploma in either HR or L&D. BIBF is replacing the current Certificate level programmes - Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) and Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) with these latest Foundation Level programmes.

The new CIPD qualifications cover a range of units that deal with the latest trends, practices and applications in HR and L&D. By acquiring the latest qualifications of CIPD, participants can aim for career advancement and personal growth in the Human Resources and Learning & Development professions. These new qualifications will not only add value to individuals, but will also contribute significantly to the pool of human capital and, strengthen the professional HR base in organisations.
