BIBF is proud to announce that another 8 graduates have successfully gone through 3 months intensive training as part of the Graduate Recruitment & Career Development Program at the BIBF premises.

“We are well on the way to reaching our target of injecting 100 high caliber young graduates into the financial sector and the process is underway to assess and recruit the next group which is due to commence in October 2007” said Mr. Darshan Singh Head of Leadership and Management Learning Center. This takes the tally to 37 graduates who have now moved to on-the-job training with their sponsoring Banks.

BIBF Initiative is sponsored by leading Banks in Bahrain namely Ahli United Bank, Bank Muscat International, Bahrain Saudi Bank, Citibank, Gulf Finance House, HSBC, Kuwait Finance House and The International Banking Corporation who have agreed to recruit and develop future leaders for the financial industry.

We are inviting fresh graduates with high GPAs, excellent communication and presentation skills with proficient English language and demonstrating the ambition needed to reach the top in the financial sector to apply for this program by sending a CV and a letter detailing their achievements, life experiences and personal career goals to email: graduates@bibf.com
