BIBF Graduates on-the-Job Training

Fourteen candidates of the second group of the Graduates Recruitment & Career Development Program at BIBF have recently completed a three months intensive training at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) and moved to their respective banks to begin their on-the-job training .The program concluded on Wednesday 2nd May 2007 and the third batch has already started their three months Induction at BIBF on 6th May 2007.”
Initiated in 2006 by BIBF in partnership with major Banks in Bahrain, this Program aims at attracting 100 fresh graduates every year for the financial industry and follow their career progression over a five-year period.
Selected graduates will undergo comprehensive career development combined with structured classroom training with challenging on-the-job assignments supported by a mentoring scheme within the participating banks who follow-up & monitor the Graduates’ performance during their career development.
