As part of its Executive Education Series, Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance BIBF recently run a three day workshop on Strategic Change. The workshop titled “Strategic Change, How to be a successful Strategic change leader” was attended by fifteen participants representing various economic sectors in Bahrain.

“This highly engaging intense workshop was targeted at Executives, leaders, entrepreneurs, and founders of organizations as well as line managers and heads of change projects at both public and private organizations,” said Professor Schlosser, the workshop facilitator.

Professor Michel Schlosser is an independent consultant specialized in strategy learning and change and in value creation. Professor Schlosser had previously lectured in various academic institutions in Europe, the Americas and Asia such as Harvard (USA) and IFL Sweden.

“The workshop provided a unique opportunity for participants to develop their capabilities as change leaders. It has helped them, among other things, to develop a broad prospective about strategic change through exchanging and contrasting their experiences with their counterparts,” added Professor Schlosser.

Dr. Mohammed A. Alkhozai, Head of Academic and Executive Programs said “This workshop has proven to be highly effective with excellent feedback from participants who were exposed to the latest frameworks for designing and leading strategic change. The workshop will reinforce their capabilities to create an effective change culture within their organizations”.
