Ministry Honors BIBF Insurance Graduates

As part of the Ministry of Labour’s National Employment Training Program, eight Bahrainis received certificates today at the BIBF for completing the Insurance Diploma Program.
Mr. Saeed Al Nasheet, Acting Director – Directorate of Human Resource Development at the Ministry of Labour and BIBF’s Director, Mr. Garry Muriwai, delivered the certificates to the graduates and congratulated them for their achievement. “This is one of the many programs that the Ministry offers in its efforts to train and develop Bahrain youth to meet the needs of the Insurance Industry in Bahrain,” said Mr. Al Nasheet. “The program has helped participants gain better qualifications that improve their job opportunities and with the assistance of such reputable organization as BIBF this initiative can be implemented more smoothly”. Al-Nasheet expressed the Ministry’s deep thanks and appreciation for the sponsoring insurance companies who trained and employed the Graduates. These are: Al Ahlia Insurance, ARIG, Solidarity, Takaful International, Royal & Sun Alliances, Bahrain Kuwait Insurance and Midgulf.
BIBF’s Director Mr. Muriwai said “The aim of this program was to familiarize the group with the insurance business with the ultimate goal of job placement for the successful candidates within the Bahrain Insurance Industry”. “We look forward to training more job seekers in future to meet the requirements of the Bahraini business market,” he said.
Head of Insurance Center at BIBF Mr. Hussain Al Ajmi said “ With the training and vocational guidance provided by the BIBF and the Ministry of Labour, more than 90% of the Bahrainis who have successfully completed this program are now employed in the Insurance Industry in Bahrain”.
The graduates’ speech was delivered by Ms. Fatima Haji On behalf of her group thanked all parities involved in the program that made the opportunity possible to train and recruit young Bahrainis. Ms. Haji also praised the professional training delivered by the Center of Insurance at the BIBF.
