Amal is a distinctive SHL Associate Trainer holding a BSc degree in Psychology with Clinical Psychology from the University of Kent-UK. She is a licensed user for a range of psychometric tools, including SHL ability tests and Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32), the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), the Wave personality questionnaire by SavilleConsulting and Facet five questionnaire. Amal has been awarded The British Psychological Society Wessex and Wight Branch Prize in 2006 and The Christina Danilewicz Prize in 2003 for her outstanding academic achievements.

Amal has a great passion for working in the schemes of occupational assessment and development. During her working experience in the Centre for Measurement & Evaluation at The Ministry of Education and Neovartis Middle East Promotions, she was involved in numerous projects that gave her a broad background in the use of psychometrics and understanding groups, as well as interpersonal behaviour. In addition, Amal facilitated a number of workshops, seminars and training courses inside and outside the Kingdome of Bahrain.

Amal is currently in charge of the Assessment & Development centre, where she is striving to add value to the design and delivery of selection, recruitment and training consultancy services offered by the BIBF.
